Provides a tax credit to assist first time homebuyers with the purchase of a home. This program is available to any low-moderate income family in Los Angeles County, which would like to purchase a home in the City of Bell
Gardens.

The Paint Voucher Program is designed to promote a sense of neighborhood identity, responsibility, pride and property maintenance. The Paint Voucher Program will provide exterior paints to single family homeowners.
The City will provide up to ten (10) gallons of paint and painting supplies per single family home and the homeowner will be responsible for the completion of the paint job.

- The city's business community can take advantage of County loans offered
through the City starting at $2,500, depending on their need and
qualification.
- Loan proceeds could be used for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to the purchase of equipment/machinery, acquisition of property, and working capital for existing and start up business.
