The City Manager's Office is responsible for directing, organizing and maintaining all City Departments. This department oversees the enforcement of all pertinent State and Federal Laws and Municipal Ordinances as well as the preparation of the fiscal year budget. In addition, the City Manager is responsible for administering all budgets after adoption by the City Council. The City Manager advises the City Council regarding policy decisions, performs administrative studies, oversees the agendas for all Council meetings and acts upon the requests of the City Council. The City Manager also directs the economic and redevelopment activities of the City.
