The Planning Division provides a responsive service to the community by examining and reviewing current and proposed developments to ensure that they are consistent with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance regulations. The Planning Division is also responsible for the processing of land use inquiries, subdivisions, parcel and tract maps, General Plan amendments, zone changes, variances and conditional use permits.
