In observance of Presidents’ Day, Bell Gardens City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. 

The following City offices will also be closed during the holiday:
•Bell Gardens Veterans Park Administration Office
•The Community Family Service Center at Veterans Park
•Senior Centers at Veterans Park and Clara Street
•Ford Park Main Office and Aquatic Center
•Bell Gardens Veterans Park Game Room
•Neighborhood Youth Center.
•Public Works Office (To report emergencies, please contact the Police Department)
•City Planning, Building & Safety, Business License, and Economic Development Offices)
•Code Enforcement Office (Urgent matters to be referred to the Police Department)

Other City offices, programs, and services:
•There will be no Street Sweeping on Monday
•Trash Collection Schedule will not be impacted by the holiday
•Trolley service will not be impacted. Dial-A-Ride service will operate from 10 am to 4 pm
•Supper Program - Closed (Veterans Park Game Room, Neighborhood Youth Center)
•Golf Course will remain open 7AM to 5PM, last tee at 3PM, on 2/16
•After-School Sites - NYC, Veterans Park, Marlow and Ford Park Sites – closed
•Sport Office will be open from 3PM-9PM
•Sports Center will be closed to the general public and open for reservations only
•Police Department services will not be impacted by the holiday and will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
•Public Records Request submitted during the holiday closure will be deemed received by the City Clerk’s office on February 17, 2026
•No passport service appointments
