🚨 Emergency Rent Relief Available🚨

Los Angeles County is offering emergency rent relief for landlords who have tenants with emergency-related rent debt. Eligible landlords may receive up to $15,000 per unit, covering up to six months of past-due rent.

⚠️ Important: Tenants may NOT apply directly. Landlords must submit the application on behalf of their tenants.

Eligible situations include displacement due to wildfires, immigration enforcement–related hardship, or other emergency conditions.
