Valentines Day Flower Vendors are required to apply for a Special Event Permit Type 1.

To apply for a Special Event Permit, please visit the Community Development Department at Bell Gardens City Hall or online via: www.citizenserve.com/bellgardens

To be eligible to apply, you must provide:

• Active Bell Gardens Business License
• A letter of approval from the property owner; and
• A plot plan of their site showing the location of their proposed outdoor sales location
