🚨 Round 2: Emergency Rent Relief 🚨

Los Angeles County is offering emergency rent relief for landlords who have tenants with emergency-related rent debt. Eligible landlords may receive up to $15,000 per unit, covering up to six months of past-due rent or mortgage.

⚠️ Important: Tenants will now be able to initiate applications through the program portal!

Eligible situations include displacement due to wildfires, immigration related hardship, or other emergency conditions.
