BELL GARDENS SCHOLARS PROGRAM

The City of Bell Gardens is awarding the Class of 2026 Bell Gardens High School Seniors a merit scholarship.

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The City of Bell Gardens will provide scholarships for eligible Bell Gardens residents who are in the 12th grade and in pursuit of higher education. The scholarship can be used towards the payment of class registration, transportation, textbooks, or school supplies.

AWARDS
1st place - $4,000
2nd place - $3,000
3rd place - $2,000
Honorable Mention -$1,000 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
-Must be a Bell Gardens resident.
-Must be a High School Senior
-Must provide high school transcripts.
-Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
-Must submit a completed application and essay.

Submission due date: Thursday, May 21, 2026
