The Planning Division provides information regarding the City's zoning and land use regulations and development standards. Planning also coordinates with other City departments in the review of new development projects for compliance and analyzing projects and preparing and presenting items to the Planning Commission for its review.

The Planning Division is also responsible for the processing of land use inquiries, subdivisions, parcel and tract maps, General Plan amendments, Zone changes Variances and Conditional Use Permits.

Planning Counter Hours:
7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Planning Division is closed from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
