The Department of Finance is responsible for overall planning for the City, revenue administration, budget monitoring, and payroll services. The department is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, invests City funds for both short and long-term purposes, provides cash management for the City and is responsible for the fiscal administration and coordination of all state and federal grants.
