(Maximum of 6 bags per household, proof of Bell Gardens residency required.)
Public Works Maintenance Yard - 8327 Garfield Ave.
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
LA County Fire Department - 7000 Garfield Ave.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sand bags are on a first come, first serve basis due to limited supply. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the Public Works Department at (562) 806-7770.
